Physician Exams

Some carriers require that applicants be examined by a licensed physician prior to making an issuing decision – most often when an applicant wants to take out a significant policy, or something in the applicant’s health history throws up a red flag.

EMSI will make arrangements for applicants to be examined with a doctor at one of our convenient service locations or at another medical facility. Our extensive mobile network may make it possible for a doctor to meet an applicant in a home or office setting. These are not physicals; however, they are more extensive than our paramedical exams.
