Our Long Term Care (LTC) division was created in 2003 in response to an industry need. LTC is now the fastest growing insurance product in the industry today. Claims processing is still in the formative stages for many carriers and ICS Merrill is already poised to serve clients needs and assist in developing claims processing programs.

Our LTC claim assessment forms were designed by clients and for clients. Completed by registered nurses, the final product is designed to provide claims clients with current data on the claimants level of disability along with activities of daily living (ADL).

We offer basic and advanced assessments that can be customized and suited to a particular clients needs. Extensive and detailed information regarding present circumstances, status of disability, finances, lifestyle, ability and education of insured is provided so that you can accurately assess the continuing eligibility of a claimant.
