New York City Service Suspension

With more than 40,000 confirmed cases, New York City has unfortunately become a COVID-19 hot spot. EMSI has therefore temporarily suspended all mobile and in-office services in the five boroughs of New York City (The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Staten Island) beginning April 2, 2020. Medical record retrieval, underwriting and inspection services continue.

This suspension is a preventive measure reflecting the spread of the virus in the New York City area. It does not apply elsewhere in New York State and will be re-evaluated as conditions improve.

Corporate and Branch Offices

EMSI operations continue nationwide, with most staff working remotely. Mobile services are available in virtually all our markets.

Technology Platforms and IT Infrastructure

All EMSI technology systems and platforms are currently 100% operational. There are no scheduled maintenance events to report at this time.
