Underwriting Services

Medical Record Summary
A written narrative is prepared summarizing each condition present in the medical records.
First Review
We review the application and based on client guidelines, either suggest a recommendation for issue or declination, or request additional underwriting requirements.
Underwriting Recommendations
Based on the client's guidelines, we make an evaluation of the application and other underwriting requirements including MVR's, medical information bureau (MIB) reports, medical records, exam and lab results, financial statements or other criteria.
Full Underwriting
We provide case management to include ordering of requirements, timely follow-up, receipt of requirements, closing-out the case if the requirement is not received, or making a recommendation for issue, declination, or rate-up.
Life Expectancy Evaluations
Based on medical records and other information pertinent to the life expectancy of an insured, a statistical calculator is used to determine an approximate life expectancy.
