Client Screening (In-Take Interviews)

We employ a reflexive interviewing technology to identify callers who meet criteria established by each firm. Our multi-lingual telemedical staff handles in-bound calls resulting from TV, radio or direct mail advertising. A request fulfillment packet is mailed to the qualified callers. After we mail the packet, we then follow up with qualified callers to ensure the completed packets are returned.

Once we receive the packets, we scan the documentation to our website for easy assess by the firm and we mail the original contract to the firm’s office. If necessary, we order any medical records and other documentation required to complete the client screening process.
