INTRODUCING RICHARD PERANTON TO OUR TEAM

To All EMSI Employees and Contractors:

We are pleased to announce that Richard Peranton has been named as the Chief Executive Officer of Examination Management Services, Inc. reporting to the Board of Directors. Rick brings us experience in the health care services industry and prior success in facilitating company growth and promoting customer satisfaction. He will focus initially on strengthening our sales and marketing efforts and on building and improving relationships with our customers and independent contractors primarily through increased service levels and improved communication and support. We are confident Rick's team-building approach and leadership skills will be instrumental in contributing to EMSI's success.

Prior to joining EMSI, Rick was the President and CEO of Nursefinders Inc., a $250 million revenue business and the nation’s largest provider of staffing services and comprehensive employee management solutions to the health care sector. During his seven-year tenure with Nursefinders, he increased revenue five-fold and consistently generated record sales and earnings. In addition, Rick successfully transitioned the company from a provider of home health care services to the largest nursing and allied health services company in the United States, he developed cross-functional teams and he motivated his team to produce year-over-year growth. His success in managing Nursefinders, comprised of a large Franchise and Licensee network, was recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine which ranked Nursefinders as the number one franchise in medical staffing services.

Prior to Nursefinders, Rick was a Division President with the Olsten Kimberly Quality Care Company, a provider of staffing and home health care services. During his fourteen-year tenure with Olsten he was promoted six times and managed the largest and most profitable division in the company. Rick received a BS in Marketing from Florida State University.
