EXECUTIVE ANNOUNCEMENT
KEITH LIEBERMAN APPOINTED AS CFO OF EMSI

I am pleased to announce that Keith Lieberman has been named as the Chief Financial Officer of EMSI. Keith will be replacing Roger Cheek who has held the position for the last three years, and was previously the company's Corporate Controller for five years. Roger has made the decision to step aside as CFO, but will remain with the company in a new role. Roger will be involved with budgeting, forecast compliance and a variety of analysis of financial systems; and he will continue as an integral part of our management team.

Keith will be joining the company, effective April 30, 2001. He brings extensive financial experience in the health care services industry. Prior to joining EMSI, Keith was the CFO of U.S. HealthWorks, a leading provider of clinical and occupational health services. He also has paramedical industry experience and worked with Mike Gaines for five years at ASB Meditest, spending his last two years with that firm as their Chief Financial Officer. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant, and graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Keith has been living in the Atlanta area. He will be relocating his family to Dallas in the very near future. Please join me in welcoming Keith to our organization.
