attending physicians statements

Telepro is EMSI's division dedicated to traditional and electronic medical records retrival and delivery. Our staff receives a request for medical records and immediately responds with a search for information, calling the physician's office, clinic or hospital and transmitting the information to the requesting insurance company. Telepro is today’s answer to escalating costs and delays associated with securing a medical history. Our service units secure thousands of reports every month through our national network. EMSI's strong client partnerships have enabled us to strengthen our systems, creating faster and less expensive APS (Attending Physician Statement) services.
By using the latest telecommunications and computer technology, EMSI's Telepro Division's nationwide network of professionals can obtain hard copies of reports faster and more cost-effectively than any other APS service.
Accurate and complete information is vital to making important decisions and protecting a company against legal liability. In order to ensure accurate and comprehensive records, Telepro excels in obtaining hard copies of reports; however, in cases where the records contain limited information, the report can be obtained and verified by phone.
Telepro provides complete follow-up and notification from the time of the request until completion. Information such as the number of cases requested, the average time service and the average cost spent per case, is provided monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on individual client needs. This information can also be broken down by state, providing more detail.
