EMSI has been an industry leader and innovator for over
20 years. We offer superior electronic services and an experienced,
national field network that understands today's business
environment. We have developed services that help our clients
do what they do best, sell and underwrite insurance. We
are busy writing software, developing new services, improving
existing ones and speeding up the entire decision making
process.
EMSI was one of the first companies in our industry to offer
a choice of a single electronic service selection or an
all-inclusive package including electronic insurance applications,
paramedical health histories, inspection reports, APS auto
diagnosis and automatic field scheduling. Our combination
of central office handling and field response makes information
available to you in your choice of communication, data or
text format. Our comprehensive, underwriting-smart systems
operate with a reflexive software that screens underwriting
requirements, generates underwriting risk questions and
feeds other underwriting-smart systems. Forms can be duplicated
to customer specifications and supplemental services ordered.
We provide fast and accurate information, allowing you to
make informed and timely decisions.

EMSI's Electronic Part II Paramedical Exam is the perfect
combination of central office information gathering and
superior field service. Applicants are no longer exposed
to delayed contact and scheduling. Instead, the process
begins with a telephone call. Medical history information
is taken by EMSI interviewers by phone and entered into
an electronic environment. Once a medical condition is recognized
by the interviewer, EMSI's reflexive software generates
follow-up questions, which prompt the applicant to provide
medical history details, including treatment facilities,
prescribed medications, physicians, follow-up treatments,
surgeries, etc. In addition, the answers obtained prior
to the examiner's contact with the applicant allow for APS
determination and faster policy issue or decline. Once the
Part II information is completed, EMSI schedules an appointment
for the examiner to meet face-to-face with the applicant
to collect signatures, specimens and physical measurements.
Valuable time in the applicant's home or business is not
wasted, but instead, maximized with EMSI's electronic paramedical
exam.
