The concept of commercial, telephone inspection interviewing
is nothing new. In fact, we pioneered it. Now, EMSI has
developed an automated process called Telecom Electronic
Inspections, or "TEI". It's legible, fast and comprehensive
at a low cost. TEI guides the interviewer to ask all of
the "right" questions based on the applicant's response.
Affirmative answers to questions dealing with subjects such
as habits, arrest records, avocations, and health history
produce expert underwriting questions for detailed information
on these vital concerns. TEI also allows our customers to
tailor the reports to their specific needs. You may choose
to eliminate certain questions and/or add others. Transmission
is easy. Besides regular mail, overnight courier and facsimile,
the reports can be delivered via data transmissions. Some
of our customers now receive transmission directly to their
mainframe to merge with their expert underwriting systems.
