Using the Point of Sale Interview is easy. Agents call our dedicated, toll-free number and our trained information specialists walk the applicant through the interview process right over the telephone.
Our call center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CST Saturday to support your sales efforts. We also have Spanish-speaking specialists available.
Our trained application specialists are thorough. They follow your customized application, completing all information so you can make timely and sound underwriting decisions. To further provide our customers with greater intelligence that reduces risk, EMSI offers real-time MIB and CheckRx integration through SmartScript Services. You will receive the completed report promptly after the interview.
