We Have Answers to Your Questions

Biospecimen Collections

What collection services can you perform in-home?

We perform blood and urine specimen collection. We also collect environmental data and measurement data such as blood pressure, height and weight. Our in-home tests include EKGs, spirometry, cognitive testing and more.

How do you handle sample processing and shipment?

We follow your protocol. Samples can be processed at the point of collection or elsewhere, following your timing and instructions. Sample collection and/or shipment can be restricted to certain times of day or days of the week. We meet refrigeration and custom shipping requirements.

How do you ensure my protocol is followed to the letter?

We map your protocol to an iPad-driven workflow and train our field teams in your process using online and one-on-one instruction. EMSI’s digital workflow measures compliance.

Medical Records Data

What data can you extract from medical records?

Virtually any data element or measurement required for your clinical trial or clinical study can be extracted. An AI-enabled audit is completed on each medical record to mine notes and legacy files.

How can data be reported?

Reports can be tailored to the needs of your sites or investigators. We routinely provide custom data abstraction and report structured data.

How do you work with sites, investigators and patients?

We work as part of the team with sites and investigators. Our digital workflow helps us tailor participant-centric services to reduce site friction and support investigators’ requirements. We also work directly with providers in site-less studies and support hybrid or virtual trials.
